Shipping
USA Shipping- We charge a flat rate shipping fee on all order in the US of $6.99 (increase on 1/28/09).
Shiping out of USA- We can no longer ship out of country orders on a flat rate. If you are out of the US you can place your order and mark "pick up" in the shipping option. We will then contact you with the shipping amount and if agreed will collect shipping via credit card or paypal invoice. We do not make money on shipping, but we do have to cover our costs. You can also call us at 801-485-6867 or e-mail us with questions.
Time- We ship all orders with in 48 hours. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Friday or any on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Holidays- Orders palced after 3:00 pm the day before a National Holiday will be shipped after the holiday.
Method- We ship USPS unless otherwise requested and arranged.
Back Orders- We try to keep our inventory accurate and up to date. If by chance you order something on backorder we will refund your purchase price. We do not ship back orders at this point.
